Register at the Conference
You may register at the conference if it has not been closed due to full enrollment. We strongly recommend that you register in advance.

2010 Writers' Conference Fees

$365 through January 5, 2010. Does not include consultation appointment or advance reading appointment fees.

$399 after January 5, 2010. Does not include late consultation appointment fee. All registrations include admission to all concurrent and general sessions, Friday and Saturday receptions, and networking lunch.

Consultation appointments and an advance reading appointment may be scheduled in any combination up to three, however in the interest of fairness, no more than one appointment with an editor is allowed for each paid participant.

Please note: the SDSU Writers' Conference fee does not include the cost of the Doubletree. To receive your preferred group rate, please use this link and select "Book a Room" below to begin the reservation process.

Advance Reading Appointment Fee
$40 each. Must be received with appointment form and your work no later than January 5, 2010.
Note: Limited to one advance reading appointment per paid participant. See advance reading appointment guidelines.

Consultation Appointment Fee
$40 each, through January 5, 2010. The fee increases to $50 after January 5, 2010. Up to three consultation appointments may be scheduled per paid participant, however, no more than one appointment with an editor is allowed. See consultation appointment guidelines. If editors and agents have available appointments, Consultation Appointments will be scheduled at the Conference, 4-6 pm Friday, January 29, 2010 and 7:30-10 am Saturday, January 30, 2010. No appointments will be scheduled after 10 am Saturday, January 30. Please note: appointments fill quickly and no guarantees are made that appointments will be available after the January 15 deadline has passed.

Conference Refund Policy
Cancellations through January 22, 100% refunded, less $17 processing fee.
January 23-26, 65% refunded.
January 27, no refund.
