Advance registrations for the 2008 Writers' Conference are no longer being accepted. A limited number of on-site registrations will be accepted Friday afternoon at the Doubletree Hotel on a space-available basis.

Register at the Conference
You may register at the conference if it has not been closed due to full enrollment. We strongly recommend that you register in advance.

2008 Writers' Conference Fees

$365 through January 2, 2008. Does not include consultation appointment or advance reading appointment fees.

$399 after January 2, 2008. Does not include late consultation appointment fee. All registrations include admission to all concurrent and general sessions, Friday and Saturday receptions, and networking lunch.

Consultation appointments and an advance reading appointment may be scheduled in any combination up to three, however in the interest of fairness, no more than one appointment with an editor is allowed for each paid participant.

Advance Reading Appointment Fee
$40 each. Must be received with appointment form and your work no later than January 2, 2008.
Note: Limited to one advance reading appointment per paid participant. See advance reading appointment guidelines. Note: advance reading appointments are not accepted after January 2, 2008.

Consultation Appointment Fee
$40 each, through January 2, 2008. The fee increases to $50 after January 2, 2008. Up to three consultation appointments may be scheduled per paid participant, however, no more than one appointment with an editor is allowed. See consultation appointment guidelines.

Conference Refund Policy
Cancellations through January 18, 100% refunded, less $17 processing fee.
January 19-23, 65% refunded.
After January 23, no refund.
