<strong>We have a free repeat policy for the CBEST, CSET, GMAT, GRE, LSAT, and SAT test prep classes.</strong> Save your proof of initial registration and payment and call (619) 594-5152 to inquire about pre-registering for free for the class you wish to repeat. Re-registration is required before the class begins in order to make sure that there is still space in the class that you wish to repeat.

NC 0020 CSET Multiple Subjects Exam (California Subjects Exam for Teachers) Prep Sessions
Strategies and techniques for the multiple-choice and constructed-response questions will be discussed with short reviews in selected areas. This program is designed to help students apply their knowledge to meet exam requirements in each of the exam subtests including: subtest I – history/social science and reading, language and literature; subtest II – science and math; subtest III – visual and performing arts, physical education and human development. <em>Effective preparation for the GMAT is important!</em> This course provides you with expert instruction, introduces testtaking strategies, and offers timed practice testing. NC 0029 Grammar for Journalists
This noncredit course is for journalism, advertising, and public relations students preparing for the Grammar, Spelling, and Punctuation Test (GSP). It is designed to help you learn the language skills required in the School of Journalism and Media Studies writing courses. A passing score on the GSP test is required for admission to impacted journalism, advertising, and public relations majors.

<em>Maximize your test-taking potential!</em> This workshop emphasizes analyzing and reviewing each of the sections: quantitative reasoning, verbal reasoning (antonyms, analogies, sentence completion, and reading comprehension), and the analytical writing assessment. Your LSAT score can make the difference. Let our experts give you important insights into the LSAT. Question types include: analytical reasoning, logical reasoning, reading comprehension (including comparative reading), and the writing sample. The workshop and accompanying textbook emphasize careful analysis of each exam area and the review of both practice and actual LSAT exams. The Barron's LSAT Guide provided in the workshop includes a CD-ROM that contains two complete practice tests with explanations for enhanced home study. The book included in the course fee is the newly revised <em>Barron's LSAT Preparation Guide</em> with CD-ROM for extra practice by Jerry Bobrow, Ph.D.<br /><br />

NC 0078 SAT (Scholastic Assessment Test) Prep Sessions
These workshops prepare students for the SAT by reviewing all the question types, including the new writing sections (essay and multiple choice). Two meetings will focus on math, one will be used to analyze critical reading and sentence completion, and one will focus on the writing sections (essay and multiple choice). Classes are taught by credentialed teachers who specialize in mathematics or English. The textbook is included in the course fee.<br /><br />
