This annual meeting is presented to directors of state migrant education programs across the country and some 400 of their professional staff members. The conference mission is to: increase the understanding of migrant education program requirements in order to provide quality programs for migrant children; create a shared vision among migrant professionals; and elevate the role of migrant education within a global perspective.
