Jessica Mattly is a Board Member for the San Diego Hospitality Human Resources Association. With a professional background in Human Resources, Jessica enjoys facilitating interactive training programs to deliver practical and relevant knowledge intended to build future HR leaders and strategic business partners. Jessica’s experience and areas of interest include dynamic training, meaningful development, and employee engagement. She examines how these topics interact in the workforce to increase employee retention and productivity while also furthering organizational goals.
A San Diego native, Jessica received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University San Marcos and a Master’s degree in Business from the University of Phoenix. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys reading, career coaching, and public speaking engagements — including Resume Workshops for SDSU's Hospitality and Tourism Management Master's program.
