"The Coaching for Organizational Excellence Certificate program is outstanding - I can't say enough good things about it! I regularly used the tools and techniques I learned in class the next day at work. The facilitators were great, too. They really took the time to understand our needs and they had a genuine interest in helping us succeed. I highly recommend this program to managers at all levels, trainers, and anyone else in your organization who is committed to their own and their team's growth and success."
- Eric Perkins, The Learning Center at Mission Federal Credit Union

Coaching Essentials for Performance and Development |
|
Learning to use coaching conversations can dramatically improve your ability to 1. speed the growth and improvement of already-strong performers. 2. solve problems and create solutions with customers, peers, and reports, and 3. help improve performance. In this course, you'll practice key coaching conversations, models and tools that are now considered core competencies for human resource professionals, managers, supervisors, and leaders. We recommend students not yet familiar with business coaching take this course first.
