Coaching Program Helps Build ROI, Retention

SAN DIEGO, Wednesday, October 10, 2007 - Looking to provide outstanding workplace tools in order to build ROI and retention at your job site?

The Coaching for Organizational Excellence Certificate through SDSU's College of Extended Studies is designed to do just that!

You can learn the essence of coaching high performance teams, coach for succession planning, and improve crucial communication skills to support the mission and vision of your company. This program is based on competencies identified by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
