Osher Program Hosts Open House for People
50 and Better
SAN DIEGO, Wednesday, January 24, 2006 - A free Open House for
the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at San Diego State University's
College of Extended Studies will take place Saturday, February 10
from 10:30 am-12:30 pm at the SDSU Extended Studies Center on Hardy
Avenue.
The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute offers stimulating noncredit
courses taught by experienced instructors for people 50 and better
without the stress of grades or tests. Classes are held on the SDSU
campus during the day, with convenient parking right next to the
new Extended Studies Center where the classes take place.
Spring courses start Feb. 16, including:
- Islam and the West
- California Politics and Policy Issues: Pitfalls and Possibilities
- History of Musical Theatre: Shows that Made a Difference
- And much more!
