SDSU Offers Seminar on Purchasing Property
for No Money Down
SAN DIEGO, Thursday, November 17, 2005 - San Diego State University's
College of Extended Studies is offering a seminar and tour on "How
to Purchase Investment Property for No Money Down" from 9 am-4:30
pm Saturday, December 10.
You will learn the good news about no money out-of-pocket techniques
that can be used for real estate investment, as well as hearing
about a residential loan program that is "0" down, pays
the closing costs, and pays off one's credit cards and automobile
loan. Participation in this class entitles you to free tours throughout
Southern California, free club meetings, and free mentoring.
Instructor Marshall Reddick, Ph.D. in business and economics, owns
over 200 properties throughout the United States, and purchases
30 to 40 condos and homes every year in California and 24 other
states. He has helped thousands of new home buyers and investors
over the years.
A no-host lunch is scheduled for 12:30-2 pm. The tour will be from
4:30-5:30 pm, using your own transportation. Class fee is $77 single
or $125 couple, plus $20 materials fee to be paid to the instructor
