SAN DIEGO, Thursday, Sept. 30, 2004 - Dean William Byxbee of San Diego State University's College of Extended Studies will deliver a five-minute speech on technology, international business, and educational partnerships during the 11th annual Leadership Awards Gala for the Japan Society of San Diego and Tijuana on Thursday, Oct. 7.

The College of Extended Studies and Kyocera International Inc. are primary sponsors for the event, which takes place from 6-9 pm at The Prado at Balboa Park, 1549 El Prado.
